  1. Thank god, they have a VESA mount option! I would have entirely discarded the monitor based on a few pictures alone alone not seeing the VESA mount. I'm quite happy with the 25um57 I just got, explicitly due to its VESA mount. Could have got a a 29" comparatively priced but it had absolutely no VESA mount.

  2. I have been looking at this monitor for a dual action of running a mac mini and my xbox one for gaming. Do you think this would be a good choice for that? Or should I got the 40" 4k tv route? Thanks for your video!

You mentioned one monitor itself taxing the GPU to the max – will three of these monitors be overwhelming for a single 980 or Titan X?
I am more into FlightSim…and SLI may not be an option
    Thx

  4. If they are going to start making monitors that support two computers at once, they need to have a built-in KBM switch that, when you move the mouse all the way to the side of the screen that meets the other half, will switch the mouse and keyboard to the other computer. Hope that makes sense.

  5. I've had a 21:9 panel for over a year now. Been wating for the 34" ones to drop in price.  Probably pick a 34" around Christmas when the special offers come out and they've dropped even more in price because more people are buying 21:9

I simply couldn't go back to 16:9 or even 16:10.

Not just for games, but productivity.  I have this window open now, and another window next to it.

  6. I know this is an old vid… but something just occurred to me while watching this. If you live in LA area… do you ever worry about an earthquake knocking all the GPU's off that shelf?  Just looking out for you bro.  I'd hate to see you release a video about how an earthquake killed all of em.

  7. I just picked up this monitor, and after two days of feeling it out, it's going back. I really want to like it. It's huge, and the color and picture are beautiful. Movies, games, Photoshop, all fantastic! I truly want to love it, and that's the problem, I can't. No matter how much I try to ignore it, I cannot get past the light bleed. On my monitor, the left top and bottom corners are atrocious.Unless the screen is fully lit, it's there, drawing your gaze, forcing you out of whatever you're trying to focus on. For the price they charge for these things, you shouldn't have to try to be happy with it. You should be stoked every time you sit in front of it, and unfortunately, that's not been my experience.

  8. That's one cool looking monitor. I personally don't really care about height adjustment, so that's not something that's a minus in my mind. I mean it would be nice if it was there, but meh, I wouldn't loose sleep over it.
I'd love to have one of these, or even better, 3 of these. o.o So 3 of these, 2 new (or maybe 4! o.o 0.0) 18core Xeons for immortals (definitely not for us mortals considering it's 4500$ a pop), 4 Titans or 4 AMD390s, 128gb of ram. Now that would be an overkill, but I'd still do it if I had that kind of money. xD
